From link suggestions to a publishing toolkit

The internal-linking experiment has started growing into a broader publishing toolkit. I rebranded the plugin and reorganised its code, separating responsibilities as new features arrived rather than keeping everything in the original linking implementation.

Writing and scheduling

The content rewriter adds an AI-assisted action to the WordPress editor. It returns HTML for the editor to use, so the result can retain article structure rather than arriving as an undifferentiated block of text. I have also been refining the handling of generated text and the way the editor replaces content.

Alongside this I added a scheduled-post calendar, including past records and a post-type filter. Seeing scheduled work in a calendar gives the publishing workflow a useful overview instead of requiring each post to be inspected individually.

Authors, images and health

The author-management tools bring author selection into the writing workflow and add generated biographies. Image generation and a post-image manager followed, giving the plugin another part of the publishing process to work with.

As the number of AI-driven features increased, I added an initial health dashboard. It is an early attempt to make the state of the plugin visible while the project is expanding, rather than a guarantee that every background process is working correctly.
